While we were in the process of selling our home in Toronto and planning to move to Welland, we met Team Neumann (Re/Max Welland) and so our house-hunting journey began!

From that point forward, we spent countless hours calling, emailing and making arrangements to meet with on weekends to view listings in Welland. They were always accommodating to both our schedules and our vision(s) in a home, constantly looking our for our best interests each and every time.

Team Neumann of Welland Remax Realty, proved themselves to be far more than just  Real Estate Agents.

We sold our house (Thank you Team) after just four days of being on the market. Not only did they list our house substantially higher than we were quoted it would be worth, but they ended up getting even more than the list price for us. We had put an offer in on a new home with typical conditions (inspection, financing, sale of current home). I had asked how much time they could dedicate to us, because we needed to be a priority. It is safe to say we were not disappointed.

With the aquisition of our new (Dream) Home, there were difficulties. It was a unique dwelling and even more unique property, which resulted in the waving of some red flags from lenders. Getting a mortgage approval was far from easy. Once our initial attempt at financing fell through, less than four weeks from the closing date of the sale of our house, the pressure and stress was rising fast. It was then that we saw the Team's true dedication and character come alive. They work best under pressure that is a certainty.

In most cases, once a lender has pulled the rug out from under your feet, "YOU" have to find an alternative. The Team however went beyond the boundaries of their responsibility as a real estate agent. In the end, it was Team Neumann who did all the contact work which ended up seeing us with a mortgage, and living in our ideal retirement/dream home.

Team Neumann go the distance and beyond to close a deal for their clients, and they make themselves available when you need them to be available. Their priority is "You" not the sale. I would highly recommend Team Neumann to anyone and would never deal with another agency after the experience I had with them.
